Crock-Pot Chicken & Salsa

Crock-Pot Chicken & SalsaThis really isn't much of a recipe, but it looks and tastes like you have seriously got it going on.

4-6 free-range chicken breasts
Jar of mild salsa* (mild for me, due to the kiddos)
Bag of frozen organic brocolli

Chicken & salsa in crock pot for 6-7 hours.  Add in brocolli 30 minutes prior to eating.

I served this over brown rice with a small dollop of sour cream. 
*might I recommend Green Mountain Gringo salsa?  Naturally fantastic!
