Kale Chips

Kale Chips
Everyone told me about these the second I mentioned kale, and let me tell you, these are GOOD!  Easy and quite satisfying.

Heat oven to 350.
Cut the leaves from the stalk, which is quite bitter, into bite-size pieces.
Spread on a cookie sheet and sprinkle with olive oil (I'm going to try garlic olive oil too!), and sea salt.
Pop in the oven for 7-9 minutes until crisp.
